During that time he sent more than 250,000 passengers to Disneyland Paris, worked directly with Disney up to Senior Vice President level, won Disney partner awards, and personally visited the resort more than 30 times across every season.
Janette Hartshorne managed the Disneyland Paris account at Gold Crest for over a decade — handling hotel contracts, group logistics, Disney hotel stays, and everything in between. She has stayed in every Disney hotel, eaten in almost every restaurant, and visited the resort across 16 years of professional partnership.
